(KINCARDINE, ON) – On February 2nd, 2012 at 12:09 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Lambton Street in Kincardine, noticed an intoxicated man. The officer attempted to speak with the male, who began hollering obscenities at police. 24 year old Terrence O’DONNELL of Woodstock was arrested and charged with Public intoxication. He spent the night in police custody.
