On November 25, 2013 at 3:00 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to a business on Eramosa Road to investigate a possible impaired driver. It is alleged that the male drove to the business to have work done on his vehicle. Police spoke with the driver and determined he was intoxicated. The male was placed under arrest.
Terrance MCGARRY, 59 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on January 10, 2014.
