Teen Girls Harassed – Police Encourage Public To Report All Incidents Of Intimidation

On Tuesday August 2, 2016 at 10:50 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police were called for the report of two 18 year old females being harassed by a male at Kitchener City Hall. Officers on proactive bicycle patrol in the downtown core, located the male near King Street and Eby Street, and the male fled on a bicycle. The male was subsequently located, and arrested by police for Highway Traffic Act offences, and investigated further with regards to the issue of harassment.
