(HOWICK TWP, ON) On Sunday July 14, 2013 shortly before 11 p.m. Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to a two vehicle collision on Orange Hill Road. While investigating this sideswipe collision between a Chevy Silverado pickup truck and a Dodge Ram pickup truck, it was determined that one of the drivers was found to have the odour of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. This driver failed a road side breath test and also failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests at the Listowel OPP Detachment.
Ted DONKERSGOED (44) of Howick Township has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood”. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich on August 26
