On April 1st, 2016 the Waterloo Regional Police responded to the area of Uptown Waterloo for a property damage report. Between 10:00am and 12:30pm on April 1st, an unknown suspect scratched a swastika symbol into the passenger door of a vehicle parked on Dominion Alley in Uptown Waterloo. A male was seen in the area at the time of the offence. He is described as white, approximately 70 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, and 180 pounds. He was wearing a dark coloured winter hat, and a brown jacket with red clothing underneath. Waterloo Regional Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS or 519-650-8500 extension 6399 to speak with police.
