Suspicious Persons In Perth East Update – Composite Sketch Released – Please Share

(PERTH EAST TWP, ON) – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Perth County OPP Crime Unit are investigating a report of 2 suspicious males observed on Whaley Avenue in Perth East Township on March 15, 2017.

Approximately 4:30 p.m., a Grey car stopped along Whaley Avenue and the front seat passenger spoke to a young female that was walking along the sidewalk. He spoke with a strong accent, so what he said wasn’t understood. The girl ran up a Whaley Avenue driveway and the car drove away.

The vehicle is a Grey 4-door with a large dent in the passenger side rear door, noticeable rust around the wheel wells and a metal hood ornament.

The driver is described as:

Dark skinned male

Short, curly black hair

Wearing a green/yellow track suit with white stripes

The passenger is described as:

Dark skinned male

Short, curly black hair

Bushy dark eyebrows

Wearing blue jeans, sandals and white socks

Tattoo on right arm
