The Waterloo Regional Police want residents living in the area of Harvest Court and Doon Village Road in the City of Kitchener, to be aware of a Suspicious male who has left a note affixed to the front door. The note request personal contact and give specific instruction to the resident as to how the contact should proceed. The Suspect is described as a young white male, between the ages of 19 and 25, wearing all black clothing, dark hair, very fair skin, approximately 5’8 or 5’9
