(KINCARDINE, ON) – On January 5, 2016 at 1:35 a.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol stopped a Red Ford Explorer on Johnston Crescent in Kincardine. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Forty-two-year old Peter LAIRD of Kincardine has been charged with impaired driving, operate over 80 milligrams, disobey red light, drive with liquor available and 2 counts of drive while suspended. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 17, 2016 to answer to the charges.
