Suspended Driver With Methamphetamine Arrested – Stolen Property Recovered – Justin BELL

(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – On March 3, 2018, at approximately 1:30 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop of a vehicle on Cherry Hill Road, near Elginfield Road.

The sports utility vehicle (SUV) was towing a utility trailer. The driver was unable to produce proper documentation for the trailer. Further investigation revealed that two (2) trailers had been stolen from a nearby property.

The officer found that the driver of the vehicle was a suspended driver and there were several issues with vehicle documentation.

As a result of the investigation, 28-year-old male Justin BELL of Huron-Kinloss, Ontario was arrested and charged with multiple offences, including:

Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada

Possession Break In Instruments

Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine

HTA 53(1) Driving while under suspension

The accused was held in custody and scheduled to appear in bail court on March 4th, 2018.
