(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On December 3rd, 2011 at 3:12 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Highway 21, Kincardine Township, stopped a Red Buick Century. The officer discovered the drivers’ licence was suspended. 41 year old Mark SILVAN of Kitchener has been charged with Drive while under suspension. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on January 17th, 2012 to answer to the charge.
