(GODERICH, ON)- On December 20, 2011 just after 7:00 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped a Ford Explorer on Huron Road in Goderich. While at the roadside, the officer discovered the male driver had a suspended driver’s licence.
As a result, Cody RAHN (20) of Goderich has been charged with two counts of Drive Under Suspension contrary to section 53 of the Highway Traffic Act. He will have to attend Provincial Offences Act Court- Goderich on March 6, 2012 to answer to the charges. The motor vehicle has been impounded for seven days as per statute.
