(BRANT TWP, ON) – On May 6th, 2012 at 7:23 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 3 observed a Silver Jeep Liberty moving at a high rate of speed. The speed was displayed on radar at 117 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to have a suspended licence. 29 year old Philip LEGER of Port Elgin was charged with Speeding and Drive while suspended.
