Suspended Driver Has Vehicle Towed

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – A suspended male driver was charged following a traffic stop in the Municipality of North Perth shortly after 9:00 p.m., on February 23, 2018.

Through investigation, it was determined that additional driving violations including an expired permit, no muffler, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance were present.

As a result, twenty-nine-year old Nathan BREMER of Elora was charged under the Highway Traffic Act and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act. The motor vehicle was towed and impounded. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to speak to the charges.
