(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On January 20, 2018 at approximately 11:20 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on a 2008 passenger vehicle travelling on Grey Road 9 near Grey Road 8 in the Township of Southgate and found that the driver was suspended.
32-year old Alison LOBB of Clearview Township was issued a Part III Summons for driving While Under Suspension under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).
She is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 26, 2018.
