(BLUEWATER, ON) On November 22, 2011 at approximately 6:20 a.m. a Huron County OPP officer on traffic patrol on Parr Line in Bluewater stopped a northbound pickup truck for speeding. Subsequent investigation revealed the driver had a suspended driver’s licence.
As a result, Adam PFEIFER aged 30 from Listowel, ON was charged with Speeding contrary to section 128 of the Highway Traffic Act and Driving While Under Suspension contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. PFEIFER will have to attend Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on January 3, 2012 to answer to the charges.
