(MITCHELL, ON) – On July 13, 2019 at approximately 7:15 p.m., a member of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), West Perth detachment observed a motor vehicle travelling on Road 164, south of Mitchell. The vehicle was determined to be travelling at a rate of speed that exceeded the posted speed limit and was stopped by police.
In speaking with the female driver, it was determined that the driver was suspended from driving.
Cora McCULLOCH, 27-years-old, of Ingersoll was charged the following;
Speeding 1 – 49 Km/h over posted limit
Driving while under suspension
Her driver’s licence was seized and a driving suspension was imposed.
The vehicle was towed and impounded, and she is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on September 10, 2019 to answer the charges.
