Suspended Driver Caught On Homemade Motorcycle

(LISTOWEL, ON) – On September 10, 2019 at approximately 9:30 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), North Perth detachment were on patrol and observed a suspicious motorcycle on Line 87, north of Listowel. The officer conducted a traffic stop to speak with the driver.

OPP officers determined that the male driver was operating a homemade motorcycle and the driver was currently suspended from driving.

Jeremy PASZTOR, 44-years-old, of North Perth was arrested and charged with;

Driving while under suspension

Operate a motor vehicle without insurance

Drive with improper headlights

No directional signals

Drive without proper rear light – motorcycle

Drive motor vehicle, no plates

Drive motor vehicle, no vehicle identification number

He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on October 15, 2019 to answer the charges.

The vehicle was towed and impounded.
