Suspects Sought Following A Violent Robbery In Vaughan

Investigators with the York Regional Police #4 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are releasing surveillance video and seeking public assistance to identify three suspects wanted following a violent robbery in the City of Vaughan.

On Sunday, July 24, 2016, shortly after 2 a.m., a man was walking in a parking lot from a night club on Interchange Way. He was approached by three men and surrounded. One of the men punched the victim in the face, causing him to lose consciousness and drop to the ground. While on the ground, the suspects stole the victim’s mobile phone, keys then continued to assault him by kicking him in the head. The victim remained on the ground, unconscious, for nearly four minutes until police arrived. The victim was taken to hospital and treated for his injuries.

Investigators have exhausted all leads and are releasing video of the robbery as well as still images obtained from video surveillance and are seeking public assistance to identify the suspects.

5’10 to 6’2”
