(HOWICK, ON) – On June 4, 2012 just after 9:00 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer conducting moving RADAR patrol observed a grey Chevrolet Malibu traveling westbound on Harriston Road at a high rate of speed. The officer activated the RADAR and a speed of 147 km/h was obtained. Harriston Road has a posted 90 km/h speed limit.
Susan POLILLO, age 39, from Gorrie, ON was issued a summons for “Racing a Motor Vehicleâ€Â. She is scheduled to appear in Provincial Offences Court – Goderich on July 17, 2012. Her driver’s licence has been suspended for seven days and her motor vehicle was impounded for seven days. LP12151499
