Subway Robberies

On Friday, December 12, 2014, at approximately 4:40 a.m., the London Police Service responded to a robbery at the Subway restaurant located at 1030 Adelaide Street North. A lone male entered the restaurant and demanded cash. The suspect fled the scene with an undetermined amount of money. There were no injuries as a result of this robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male, 20-30 years old, 160-190 lbs, thin build, blue eyes, with a deep voice. He was wearing a dark-coloured jacket, dark toque, dark jogging pants, dark shoes, black gloves, and a grey scarf.

Investigators believe this robbery is related to another attempted robbery at the same location on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at approximately 3:20 a.m. It is believed the same male entered the Subway and demanded money, however fled the restaurant before he was able to gain any property. There was again, no injuries as a result of this attempted robbery. The description of the male in this incident is similar to the robbery on December 12, 2014.
