(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – Members of the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with assistance from the Bruce Peninsula OPP Auxiliary Unit will be collecting food for South Bruce Peninsula Families on Saturday December 8th. You will see them at the Wiarton Foodland and at Fretz’s Valu-Mart in Sauble Beach from 10:00a.m.until 3:00p.m.
Non-perishable food items will be accepted for stuff-the-cruiser during this time frame. The local food bank operated by the Salvation Army will be accepting the donated items and allocating them as needed.
The Bruce Peninsula OPP is working to assist those in need this upcoming festive season. By partnering with Wiarton Foodland and Fretz’s Valu-Mart in Sauble Beach the Bruce Peninsula OPP will stuff-the-cruiser full this festive season.
Notably: All food donations will stay local to the communities in which they were provided.
