(Ottawa) — A two-day Ottawa Police Service operation targeting street level drug dealing in Vanier was completed last night resulting in 11 arrests. (10 men; 1 woman)
Project Ripper, an operation led by Central District officers who serve the Vanier area, was in response to community complaints about open drug dealing, other crime and disorder issues.
