(PERTH COUNTY, ON) – On Friday, November 30th, 2012, members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Perth County Property Crimes Unit, the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – West Region, with the assistance of the Waterloo Regional Police Emergency Response Unit, executed a Criminal Code search warrant at a residence on Weber Street, In Kitchener, Ontario. The warrant was the result of a three week investigation into a break in at a rural residence on Line 45 in the Township of Perth East.
As a result of the execution of the Search Warrant, police seized stolen property that consisted of audio/video equipment with an estimated value of approximately $4,000.00. Police also seized a quantity of methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, and cannabis marihuana. Also seized was offence related property that consisted of $8,510.00 cash, and drug trafficking paraphernalia. The total combined estimated street value of the seized controlled substances was approximately $66,000.00.
Brooklyn JOHNSON (18) of Waterloo, Samantha STONER (32) of Kitchener, Michael FULLER (36) of Kitchener, Matthew FULLER (28) of Kitchener, Steven DORMADY (49) of Kitchener, and Daniel GOULDEN (27) of Kitchener, were arrested and have each been charged with three counts of possession of stolen property. They have also been charged with possession of methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, and marihuana for the purposes of trafficking. An additional youth will also be charged with the same offences. Daniel GOULDEN was also charged with failing to comply with a probation order.
The suspects will have future appearances at the Fredrick Street Court House in Kitchener in January, 2013 to answer to the charges.
