On July 10, 2018 at approximately 11:37 p.m., Guelph Police were called to the area of Emma Street in regard to a suspicious vehicle. Police attended to the area and located the vehicle as well as two occupants.
Through investigation, it was learned the vehicle was stolen out of Toronto. As a result, Tylo STULTZ, an 18 year old Mississauga male, was arrested and charged with Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000 as well as Disobey a Court Order. STULTZ is scheduled to appear in court on August 17, 2018.
A 16 year old Toronto male was also arrested and charged with Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000.
