(TOWNSHIP OF PUSLINCH, ON) – On January 13, 2018 at approximately 10:40 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Watson Road South, Township of Puslinch.
Homeowners had returned to find an occupied vehicle in their driveway. After a short conversation with the male driver and female passenger the vehicle fled south on Watson Road.
Investigation revealed the vehicle was reportedly stolen out of Toronto. As officers began to respond to this incident a second incident occurred approximately one kilometre south of the original location. Reports indicated a driver had lost control of a vehicle on some S” bends on Watson road and struck a tree.
Officers arrived and found both occupants had fled on foot. With assistance from Guelph Police Service (G.P.S.) and the G.P.S. K9 unit
