Stolen Vehicle Recovered

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Friday January 03, 2014, shortly after 3 a.m., Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers on patrol observed a suspicious Mazda Protégé on a residential driveway along Hwy 23 south of Listowel. One male was located in the vehicle while a second came walking towards the car. The officers determined that the males had driven to the area in the Mazda, which was found to have been stolen from an address in the City of London.

John REED (31) and Wayne ALBERT (33), both London City residents have been charged with “possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000”. They are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Listowel on Wednesday February 12, 2014, to answer to this charge.
