Sometime overnight, unknown suspect(s) stole a 2008 black Dodge Caravan parked on Duncan Street. The van was last seen bearing Ontario licence plates BNXD 309. On both the driver’s door and passenger door, the van has green and white stickers that say ‘Dodge’ with the emblem.
