During the nightshift of Tuesday November 25th members of the Owen Sound Police Service were checking various locations throughout the city for two, earlier reported stolen pickup trucks from Owen Sound.
At approximately 11:40 p.m. a patrol officer located an abandoned pickup truck in a Motel parking lot on 9th Avenue East which had been previously reported stolen in the Waterloo area. A male and female also from the Waterloo area believed to be responsible for the theft were located in one of the Motel rooms.
