(CARRICK TWP, ON) – On October 19th, 2011 at 4:56 am, the South Bruce OPP was called for a stolen vehicle from a residence along Concession 14, Culross Township. The owner awoke to the sound of the truck being driven away. The stolen vehicle was a Red Chevrolet Silverado pick up truck pulling an Orange and Green Wallenstein wood splitter was taken.
On October 19th, 2011 at 9:10 am, the South Bruce OPP was called to an abandoned truck that was left in a field along Concession 2, Carrick Township. Officers arrived to find the truck was the Red Chevrolet that had been stolen from Culross Township.
On October 19th, 2011 at 8:08 am, the South Bruce OPP was called to a wood splitter left on Sideroad 5, Carrick Township. Officers arrived to find the stolen Wallenstein wood splitter had been left on the road before daylight.
Anyone with information on these incidents is asked to call the South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
