(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Sunday Morning January 16, 2011, Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to a rural address on Line 26 south east of Stratford where a pickup truck was reported stolen.
Investigation revealed that the owner had his blue 1995 Ford F-350 (regular cab, long box) pickup truck in his driveway. Sometime between 10 p.m. on Saturday and 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning the truck was removed. The truck has an Ontario Licence plate 2369FJ and has a VIN # of 2FTHF36FXSCA27099.
The keys had been left inside the truck.
Anyone with information about this theft is requested to contact the Perth County OPP at 1-888-310-1122. As always Police are reminding the public to remove keys and lock their vehicles.
