Stolen ATV Recovered – KUEPFER, KLOOSTER & CARERE Charged

(TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH, ON) – On June 3, 2017at approximately 11:55 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint of three suspicious males and a vehicle parked along County Road 109 near Concession 9. Police attended and located the three men and spoke with them.

Investigation revealed that they were in possession of a stolen ATV.

Charged with Theft Under $5000 are:

20 year-old Kevin CARERE of Town of Minto

18 year-old Riley KLOOSTER of Mapleton Township

20 year-old Jason KUEPFER of Howick Township

Kevin CARERE was also charged with Young Driver Blood-alcohol above zero.

They are to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on July 18, 2017 to answer to the charges.
