(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – Huron County OPP officers have recovered a stolen Honda ATV that was parked at a Bayfield Road residence in Central Huron. On September 11, 2012 just after 2:00 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer noticed the ATV had a damaged ignition.
The investigating officer completed some checks and determined the machine was stolen.
Colby ROBERTS, 20, from Central Huron is charged with Possession of Stolen Property Under $5,000 contrary to section 354(1)(a) Criminal Code. He has a court date scheduled for November 5, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
