Steven Turnbull – Drunk Driving

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On June 13, 2012 at 11:10 p.m. a Lambton OPP officer on patrol spotted a black Chevrolet SUV parked at the Oakwood Inn located on Bluewater Highway. The vehicle lights were on and the engine was running. Upon speaking with the male driver, the officer determined the male was impaired by alcohol. He was arrested and transported to the Grand Bend OPP detachment where he refused to provide breath samples.

As a result, Steven TURNBULL, age 59, from Grand Bend is charged with Impaired Care/Control and Refusal to Provide Breath Sample. He has a scheduled court appearance on July 19 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension. LP12161280
