(CHESLEY, ON) On April 20, 2013 at 10:37 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along 1st Avenue South in Chesley stopped a Red Chevrolet Blazer. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 41 year old Steven MERRICK of Brant Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 27, 2013 to answer to the charge.
