(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) – On Thursday September 29, 2016, shortly before 2:30 a.m., Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to the Stratford TSC store along Hwy 8 east of Stratford because of an alarm activation.
OPP officers assisted by Stratford Police Service Members located a male on the agricultural supply store property who was attempting to hide from police. The male was arrested and transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville for processing.
48-year-old Steven Andrew FENWICK of Stratford has been charged with the Criminal Code of Canada charge of “Disguise with intent”.
He is scheduled to appear at the Stratford Ontario Court of Justice on October 31, 2016, where he will have to answer to the charge.
