(BRANT TWP, ON) – On May 5th, 2012 at 5:36 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a driving complaint about a Black Honda Civic. The vehicle was stopped on Bruce County Road 19 in Brant Township and officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 52 year old Stephen PALMER of Kincardine has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on June 18th, 2012 to answer to the charge.
