(NORTH HURON, ON) On December 6, 2011 at approximately 9:00 a.m. a Huron OPP officer responded to an abandoned truck located on Currie Line close to Amberley Road in North Huron, ON. The officer determined the white 2002 International stake truck had been stolen from a business located in Peel Township on December 5, 2011.
The cargo from the truck has not been recovered. Missing is a large quantity of 20 foot lengths of stainless steel pipe measuring 1.5 inch to 4 inch in diameter. The reported value of the steel is approximately $17,000.
