Stacy Lynn Moynan – Trafficking Cocaine & Heroin

On Friday morning at approximately 11:35am, a uniform officer stopped a speeding vehicle on St. Vincent Street. During the interaction with the driver the officer observed a small quantity of drugs. The driver was arrested and the vehicle was searched, another quantity of drugs were located. The driver was taken to the police station where a another larger quantity of drugs were located on her person. Thirty six year old Stacy Lynn Moynan of Barrie was charged with trafficking in cocaine and heroin, possession of cocaine and heroin for the purpose of trafficking and possession of cocaine and heroin. The accused appeared in bail court Saturday morning, she was remanded in custody to a later date.
