(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service West District Investigations have laid charges against an Ottawa man in relation to a stabbing incident on an OC Transpo bus that occurred in the 2400 block of Carling Avenue on July 23, 2015. A 37 year old male victim suffered minor injuries.
Ahmed N. ALOTAIBI, 19 years old of Ottawa, surrendered to police last evening in relation to this incident. He has been charged with:
Aggravated Assault
Assault with a Weapon
Possession of a Weapon
He will appear at show cause today.
