(Ottawa) On August15, 2013, at approximately 1:08 pm, the Ottawa Police Service responded to a 911 call to the area of McArthur Avenue and Dundas Street for a person who had been stabbed. The victim was transported to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
The suspect fled the scene and was soon located and arrested by police.
Ottawa Police Central District Investigators have charged 29-year-old Jared BOYD of Ottawa with Aggravated Assault, Assault with a weapon and Weapons Dangerous. He will be appearing in court today.
