On Friday June 03, 2016 at approximately 10:26 p.m. London Police responded to a report of a stabbing at an apartment complex on Kipps Lane. Upon arrival officers located an adult male inside an apartment unit suffering from multiple stab wounds. A second male was also located inside the unit and arrested.
As a result of further investigation 61 year old Richard Allan Carter of London is charged with one count of Aggravated Assault. The adult male victim remains in hospital.
London Police are continuing to investigate and will provide updates as they become available.
