(BLUEWATER, ON) – A London resident will be making a trip to Huron County court later this summer following a police chase that took place this past weekend in Bluewater.
On Saturday, June 13, 2020 at approximately 11:40 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a sedan stopped on the shoulder of Bluewater Veteran’s Highway (Highway 21) at Sararas Road. Upon pulling in behind the stopped vehicle the driver immediately accelerated away from the police vehicle and headed northbound travelling in an erratic manner. The investigating officer attempted to stop the vehicle however the driver failed to stop for the emergency lights and continued speeding away.
Further up the roadway a tire deflation device was successfully utilized and the vehicle safely came to a stop near Mill Road.
The driver was arrested and taken into custody. While speaking with the driver the investigating officer noted the driver had been consuming alcohol and was displaying signs of impairment. The driver was transported to the Huron OPP Detachment and provided two samples of his breath to the Intoxilizer Technician. Both samples were analyzed to be over the legal limit.

Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus)
Dangerous Operation
Breach of Recognizance
He has been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for August 24, 2020 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.

My bame i Randy LeBlue, i have had all charges dismissed on this case, i am free of a criminal record, in the event of being harrased during my court battle my girlfriend died without me there as she needed me, the case was dragged out for 4 long years where i battled the sick and abusive system, and now plan on suing the OPP, as it is there were no indications that I was being chased by a police officer during this police chase as the police officer who chased me failed to use his lights, I have all the documents and everything to prove this as well. I went without knowing of my gf passing for six month due to a no vontact issue to due with obstruction of justice… Which was odd because it was my own Justice I would have been obstructing… But my girlfriend died as a result of what the police officer failed to do and continuing on to harass us because of his failure in order to get me to submit, and give in to the game they played with me. I was there when this gentleman continued to harass me and my girlfriend saying things like I cheated on her to get her to turn on me, he caused the riot that upset my entire life and I will never get back what I’ve lost.
