(KINCARDINE, ON) – On July 24th, 2011 at 5:38 pm, the South Bruce OPP was called to a disturbance on Harbour Street, Kincardine. Officers arrived to find an agitated male hollering obscenities after leaving the Erie Belle restaurant without paying the bill. The man was showing signs of intoxication and kicked a customer’s vehicle during his tirade. 38 year old Spencer SMITH of Kincardine has been charged with Indecent act, 3 counts of Uttering a threat, Criminal harassment, Food and lodging fraud, Mischief under $5,000 and Cause disturbance. He was held in custody for a bail hearing set for July 25, 2011 at 2:00 pm.
