(WELLINGTON NORTH TWP, ON) – On Sunday July 21, 2013 at approximately 5:08pm, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers pulled over a 2001 Ford Escape for speeding on Wellington Road 109 east of 2nd Line in Wellington North Township. Police spoke with the driver and during the investigation marihuana was turned over to police.
Kervin OGIS age 23 of Mississauga is charged with Possession Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on a later date to answer to the charges. He was also given a Provincial Offence Notice for the speeding offence.
