Board of Health Chair, Bill Dowson, has called a Special Meeting of the Board of Health to be held on Wednesday April 9, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. The Special Meeting is to be held in Committee Room at the Court House in Goderich, Ontario.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to consider the following matters:
Dr. Erica Clark, Epidemiologist, will present a report regarding “Findings of Cancer Cluster Investigation conducted in 2014 in the Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanoshâ€Â, for the information of the Board.
