Possession Of Stolen Property
(Bradford, ON) On Tuesday, April 25, 2017, around 10:10 a.m., a South Simcoe Police constable stopped and investigated a car on Dissette Street in Bradford. He discovered that the licence plate and the validation sticker on the plate were both stolen. The driver of the car was found to be under suspension, and the passenger, the owner of the car, did not have insurance.
A 41 year old Innisfil man has been charged with 2 counts of Possession of Property Obtained By Crime and Drive Under Suspension.
A 44 year old Toronto man has been charged with 2 counts of Possession of Property Obtained By Crime, Allow Motor Vehicle To Be Operated Without Insurance and Fail To Apply For Permit Upon Becoming Owner.
Both men were released and will appear in court in June.
