The Municipality of South Huron will be completing repairs to the MacNaughton Park Dam over the next two months to address deterioration of concrete components on the dam spillway and retaining walls. Repairs will involve removal of deteriorated
concrete and patch repairs to these areas. To facilitate construction, the dam head pond will be lowered and will remain lowered for approximately two months until the repairs have been completed. Upon completion of the work, the head pond will be
slowly refilled to its normal water level. Repair work is anticipated to begin on November 2nd, 2015 and will be completed by December 21, 2015.
