(BRANT TWP, ON) – The South Bruce OPP is asking residents in the Brockton area to stay off the roads until the storm passes and the winds subside. High winds with a light blowing snow are causing pockets of very poor to nil visibility, particularly in Brant Township.
Emergency services personnel and the emergency department at the Walkerton Hospital have been heavily tasked in dealing with a high number of collisions. Motorists are asked to post pone their trips until the weather improves.
