(BRANT TWP, ON) – On December 24th, 2010 at 3:01 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a complaint of a snowmobile rider trespassing at the Whispering Hills Golf Course on County Road 4 in Brant Township. The snowmobile is described as a Purple Yamaha and the driver wears a black helmet. Anyone with information on this snowmobile or the rider is asked to call the South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers. Snowmobile owners and operators are reminded they MUST have the property owner’s permission before using the property. Trespasses to Property Act penalties include a roadside fine of $65.00 or a maximum fine of $2,000 at court.
