(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) On Sunday June 30, 2013 at approximately 6:05pm Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers had initiated a RIDE Program at the intersection of Conservation Road and Watson Road in Guelph-Eramosa Township. A 2002 Toyota Tacoma entered the RIDE and during the investigation, suspected marihuana was turned over to police by the passenger and driver.
Jose MELARA age 33 of West Grey Township is charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on August 23, 2013 to answer to the charge.
Rodolfo HENNIGS age 59 of Guelph is charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on August 20, 2013 to answer to the charge.
